Scripture against interracial marriage

Are there verses that speak against interracial marriage in the bible?

(Genesis 26:34 [KJV]) And Esau was forty years old when he took to wife Judith the daughter of Beeri the Hittite, and Bashemath the daughter of Elon the Hittite:

Hittites were the descendants of Heth who was the son of Canaan who was the son of Ham. So Hittites were of a different race than the Jews who were descendants of Shem. And God hated Esau and loved Jacob who took wives from his close relative Laban.

Other example is Samson who took a wife from the Philistines (another race).

(Judges 14:1-2 [KJV])

[1] And Samson went down to Timnath, and saw a woman in Timnath of the daughters of the Philistines.
[2] And he came up, and told his father and his mother, and said, I have seen a woman in Timnath of the daughters of the Philistines: now therefore get her for me to wife.

And it didnt go well for him.

So there is some biblical bases for that it seems to be better to marry within the tribe. But the new testament is above the old and there is no verse in the new testament saying that we cannot marry inter-racially. So its not doctrine in the covenant of the new testament that we should marry someone from the same race.
