Three kinds of archers

A person that is a sharp arrow

A sharp arrow is a person that bears false witness against you. False witness is more effective if he is your neighbour. Neigbour in the bible isnt necessarily only someone who lives next to you it could be someone you meet too.

(Proverbs 25:18 [KJV]) A man that beareth false witness against his neighbour is a maul, and a sword, and a sharp arrow.

Defence against sharp arrows is stated in the full armour of God. It is the shield of faith that is the defence.

(Ephesians 6:16 [KJV]) Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

The method to deal with a sharp arrow, that is a false accuser, is stated in 2tim3 verse 1-5, from such turn away. Turning away from someone can mean never spending time with the person again for the rest of his life and never even saying anything to the person again for the rest of his or her life.

King James Version (1769) with Strongs Numbers and Morphology: II Timothy Chapter 3
[1] This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
[2] For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
[3] Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
 [4] Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
[5] Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
[6] For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
[7] Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
[8] Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
[9] But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.
[10] But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
[11] Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.
[12] Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.
[13] But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
 [14] But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
[15] And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
[16] All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
[17] That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Arrow from God

God can strike you with an arrow too.

(Hebrews 12:20 [KJV]) (For they could not endure that which was commanded, And if so much as a beast touch the mountain, it shall be stoned, or thrust through with a dart:

A harlot that shoots you with a sharp arrow

A strange woman can shoot you with an arrow too as in Proverbs 7 verse 23.

King James Version (1769) with Strongs Numbers and Morphology: Proverbs Chapter 7
[1] My son, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with thee.
[2] Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye.
[3] Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart.
[4] Say unto wisdom, Thou art my sister; and call understanding thy kinswoman:
[5] That they may keep thee from the strange woman, from the stranger which flattereth with her words.
[6] For at the window of my house I looked through my casement,
[7] And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding,
[8] Passing through the street near her corner; and he went the way to her house,
[9] In the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark night:
[10] And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart.
[11] (She is loud and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house:
[12] Now is she without, now in the streets, and lieth in wait at every corner.)
[13] So she caught him, and kissed him, and with an impudent face said unto him,
[14] I have peace offerings with me; this day have I payed my vows.
[15] Therefore came I forth to meet thee, diligently to seek thy face, and I have found thee.
[16] I have decked my bed with coverings of tapestry, with carved works, with fine linen of Egypt.
[17] I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.
[18] Come, let us take our fill of love until the morning: let us solace ourselves with loves.
[19] For the goodman is not at home, he is gone a long journey:
[20] He hath taken a bag of money with him, and will come home at the day appointed.
[21] With her much fair speech she caused him to yield, with the flattering of her lips she forced him.
 [22] He goeth after her straightway, as an ox goeth to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks;
[23] Till a dart strike through his liver; as a bird hasteth to the snare, and knoweth not that it is for his life.
[24] Hearken unto me now therefore, O ye children, and attend to the words of my mouth.
[25] Let not thine heart decline to her ways, go not astray in her paths.
[26] For she hath cast down many wounded: yea, many strong men have been slain by her.
[27] Her house is the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death.

So how to we deal with a person that is a sharp arrow ?

We turn away from him or her, avoid him, just like with a brother of Jambres.

The shield of faith can quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
