Church people are generally pharisees. They like gloating rather than rebuking or reproving.
Church people generally are self righteous, similarly to gloating.
 Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.
 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.

Jesus calls the Pharisees vipers.

Church people travel see and land to make a proselyte two fold the child of hell then themselves.
Though some born again true believers can be members of the church and be found there.
